Customer Review & Testimonial Policy

We display genuine reviews from real customers describing their own experiences. We do not write, buy, or post fake reviews, invent customers, or misrepresent a reviewer’s experience.

We welcome positive and negative feedback. We do not suppress or selectively remove negative reviews because of their rating or sentiment. We may remove or request removal of content that is unlawful, harassing, contains personal information, or is clearly unrelated to the customer experience. We apply these standards regardless of whether a review is positive or negative.

We do not use threats or intimidation to prevent or remove honest reviews. Reviews on third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms’ moderation policies, which we do not control.

We do not offer incentives expressly or implicitly conditioned on a positive review or a particular sentiment. If an incentive is offered for an honest review, it must be clearly disclosed with the review, regardless of its rating.

Reviews or testimonials from employees, owners, or their family members must clearly disclose their relationship to Ironwood Motorsports. They must describe actual experiences and cannot pose as independent customer opinions.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences with a vehicle purchase or service. Experiences and results vary; a testimonial does not guarantee that another customer will have the same outcome.

If you believe a review is fake, misleading, missing a disclosure, or improperly removed, please contact us. Include the review link or platform, a description of your concern, and any relevant details. We will review the concern and address content under our control or raise it with the platform as appropriate.
